ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Create and Manage your Account

Thank you for your interest in opening an account. By subscribing, you will have access to all Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), PT-61, and Real Estate Deed filings in the state of Georgia.

REGULAR ACCOUNT
The cost to subscribe for a Regular account is $9.95 per month, per user, for unlimited use (accounts cannot be used by more than one person). The $9.95 per month charge is recurring and will be charged monthly until you deactivate your account. In addition, there is a charge of $0.25 for each page printed. (This is the same cost for copying a page in the courthouse.)

You also have the option of submitting UCC Certified Search requests on-line. The charge for certified searches is $10 per debtor name. All monthly charges will arrive by email in one consolidated invoice at the end of the month. Please click on the Terms Of Use link and read carefully.

SINGLE-USE ACCOUNT
The Single-Use account option has been created at the request of customers who want to access the Statewide index of deeds, liens, plats or UCC’s on a one-time basis only, and not be required to subscribe on a monthly basis. This single-use account allows a single four-hour period of access to the indexes. Once it expires, the user must either sign up for another single-use account or subscribe to the monthly access in order to view and print indexed records.

The cost to subscribe for a Single-Use account is a one-time activation fee of $5.00. There is no recurring monthly fee associated with a Single-Use account.

From the time the user activates their Single-Use account, they have 4 consecutive hours to complete their search. Single-Use accounts expire 4 hours after activation and can not be extended. However, a Single-Use account can be upgraded to a Regular account any time before the account expires. Users may purchase as many Single-Use Accounts as desired at a cost of $5.00 per event, plus printing costs.

In addition, there is a charge of $0.25 for each page printed which will automatically be applied to your credit card when the account expires. Please click on the Terms Of Use link and read carefully.
