GSCCCA Child Support eFiling

Information on Child Support eFiling

The GSCCCA is currently working with the Superior Court Clerks of Georgia to finalize the development of a voluntary centralized child support eFiling system. The GSCCCA eFiling portal will integrate directly with the Clerk’s case management system, allowing fast and accurate filing of civil case information. The GSCCCA portal is currently available and case management vendors are actively working to modify their software to integrate with the portal.

The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) has contracted with the Georgia Department of Human Services, Division of Child Support Services (DCSS) to facilitate an eFiling process for child support cases. The AOC has been independently working with Clerk offices in order to facilitate this important project. With the creation of the GSCCCA civil case portal, and through the interagency cooperation of the GSCCCA and AOC, eFiling of child support documents originating from the DCSS will be made available to any county participating in the GSCCCA civil case eFiling portal. The GSCCCA civil case eFiling website will also allow direct filing of child support cases that do not originate with the DCSS.
