GSCCCA Civil Case eFiling

Information on Civil Case eFiling

The GSCCCA is currently working with the Superior Court Clerks of Georgia to finalize the development of a voluntary centralized civil case eFiling system. The GSCCCA eFiling portal will integrate directly with the Clerk’s case management system, allowing fast and accurate filing of civil case information. The GSCCCA portal is currently available and case management vendors are actively working to modify their software to integrate with the portal.

All payments for filings submitted directly through the Authority eFile portal must be paid by draw-down account or credit card. Draw-down accounts are funded either by credit card or check with the minimum check amount being $500.

Please note: A 3.5% transaction fee is applied to all credit card payments to cover costs.
