AUTHENTICATION PRE-PAYMENT VOUCHER  
Description of Service

The pre-payment voucher system allows for payment with a company or personal credit card for apostille or domestic notary certification when mailing documents to our office or when having a third party hand-deliver documents. This eliminates the need to write company/personal checks or provide couriers with cash. At this time only credit cards with a U.S. or Canada billing address can be accepted.

The cost of a pre-payment voucher consists of the document authentication fee plus a 3.5% credit card processing fee. If no pre-paid return envelope is included or if you wish to pay shipping (via U.S. Postal Service or FedEx) by credit card, prevailing shipping charges will apply as well as a $3.00 handling fee.
