Historical Plat Image Project
The Historical Plat Image Project is progress-
ing at a slower pace than anticipated. Current-
ly, 73 counties have been identified with plats
to be imaged, with imaging for 40 of those
counties completed. However, only 15 coun-

been activated for mandatory plat eFiling and
those two counties had special circumstances.
As of the board meeting, 489 plats had been
filed in 111 counties. Many of those awaited
processing. Seventy-nine plats had been reject-
ed for various reasons, ranging from the plat, , the
plat was missing required stamps, and an incor-
rect county was selected by the filer. It, percent of all calls to the Authori-
ty’s HelpDesk have been regarding plat eFiling.
