Electronic Fines and Fees Reporting (Pending)
Plans are underway to create a specification for local Court entities that wish to voluntarily electronically transmit their "Reportable" fines and fees under HB1EX. This will be a voluntary program for Courts with the capability and desire to submit the data electronically. Certifications will cover the required data fields, formatting; transmit requirements, error checking, and retention policy.
