GEORGIA NOTARY PUBLIC APPLICATION FORM

There are two ways to become a Notary in the State of Georgia.


1) Notary Online Application
Click here to apply ONLINE to become a Notary in your county.

Please Note:
  • You can only apply to become a Notary in your county of residence.
  • If the County you are applying in does not appear in the County list, you cannot apply online in this county at this time.
  • The Notary Application requires Adobe Reader. If you do not have Adobe Reader installed please click the "Get Adobe Reader" image below.


2) Please contact the Clerk of Superior Court of your county of residence to obtain an application. For a complete listing of offices, visit our Superior Court Clerks Section.
