Voluntary Historical Deed Project
At present, 101 counties are participating in
the Voluntary Historical Deed Re-Indexing
Project. The statewide, docket surveys have been com-
pleted and 157 Indexing Directions issued.

Deed Re-Indexing Project. To date, eight
counties have provided complete historical
deed data from 1990-1991. Approximately
630,000 instruments from 1990-1991, to partici-
