Certification Programs Lien Indexing Systems

Lien and lien-related documents are indexed by various parties for each of the 159 Counties, yet the local data must be transmitted and merged into a single statewide index. The Lien Indexing System Certification program attests to the fact that the local indexing systems which pass, must contain the specified data content and functionality, and must be able to transmit the required data, properly formatted, to the GSCCCA. This is a certification of "systems" capability, not indexer performance. Certified indexing systems are subject to periodic review and re-certification.
