Certification Programs Overview

Many of the GSCCCA projects require collection of information from county courthouses that use computer systems provided either by counties or by independent, private vendors. To help assure that the data collected and transmitted from local courthouses conforms to requirements of each program, applicable law, and is of suitable quality and completeness, local county computer systems and services are required to pass certain certification programs. These certification programs are administered by the GSCCCA and are required for participation in the various statewide programs.

The GSCCCA will soon announce an updated certification program for real property recording systems that are used by Clerks of Superior Court.
