Overview

The Clerks' Authority and the Clerks of Superior Court in Georgia have created a statewide real property records system. The system provides access to the following real property dockets and documents for all counties in Georgia:

    • Conveyance Transfer Tax Data (PT-61)
    • Transfer Tax Images
    • Grantor and Grantee search features
    • Statewide, regional or individual county search features
    • Book and Page search features
    • Subdivision and Lot search features – participating counties in Georgia
    • Instrument Type search features
    • Street address search features
    • Map search features
    • Daily transactions search and reporting
    • Smartphone search capabilities
    • Sales price data
    • Creation of user driven search reports
  • Lien Docket
    • Indexes and images
    • Direct and Reverse search features
    • Statewide, regional or individual county search features
    • Book and Page search features
    • Instrument Type search features
    • Georgia Department of Revenue “Pending Lien Search”
  • Plat Docket

These statewide search features and records are available through the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority Search System.


Real Property System Resources

The preparation and transmission of county deed, lien, and plat index records, along with related images, to the Authority's central collection system are essential for the effective operation of the statewide system. Local data capture, formatting, and transmission are standardized and meticulously managed to ensure the data's integrity within the system.

Certified Real Property Systems

To help ensure the quality and completeness of the records and compliance with state laws, it is the Authority's intent to receive real property records only from Clerks using certified systems.

Certification is issued when a real property system has demonstrated that it meets the minimum requirements for program participation and does not imply that a real property system is error-free or meets all the needs of a Clerk of Superior Court.
