Certified Real Property Systems

Listed below are real property systems that have been certified by the Clerks' Authority for use by Clerks of Superior Court to participate in the Consolidated Georgia Real Estate Indexes Project as established by O.C.G.A. 15-6-61(15). These systems are used by Clerks to provide copies of real property records (deeds, liens, and plats) and associated index data to the Authority for public access. Additionally, the Authority created a certification for vendor systems to electronically communicate eFilings with the GSCCCA eFile portal.

To help ensure the quality and completeness of the records and compliance with state laws, it is the Authority's intent to receive real property records only from Clerks using certified systems.

Certification is issued when a real property system has demonstrated that it meets the minimum requirements for program participation and does not imply that a real property system is error-free or meets all the needs of a Clerk of Superior Court.
